When attempting to complete a purchase through Ionicware marketplaces, your credit card may have been declined with an error message. The error message (especially the number) should provide an exact message as to why the transaction was declined. If you have questions about the error message, please create a new ticket with the error message and code.
A transaction/charge may be visible on your credit card statement from this declined order. This is a pending transaction (also referred to as a pre-authorization charge and authorization hold) which should fall off within 24-48 hours or less. Ionicware will not collect the funds on this transaction.
If the charge does not fall off of your credit card statement in 48 hours, please let us know.
