If you hired a seller and they have delivered the order without doing the required work, reject the delivery immediately.
In some cases, when a seller has a high volume of sales, they may accidentally deliver the wrong order. If you suspect this is the case, contact the seller directly. The seller will complete the work unless you choose to cancel the order.
If this is not the case, this will result in the seller being banned from our marketplace. Typically, a seller who is attempting to defraud a buyer in this way will deliver the order quickly or with no proof (often sending a message such as "Thank you" or "Please wait 5 days"). Please create a new helpdesk ticket as soon as possible if you suspect this is the case.
