Error 15005 means that the bank or company (processor) issuing your credit/debit card has declined the transaction with us. In order to use this credit/debit card, you may need to call your processor and instruct them to allow transactions for "Ionicware Inc.". You can find the customer support of your credit/debit card on the back of most cards.
Due to the nature of this error, you may see a pending transaction (also referred to as a pre-authorization charge) on your credit card statement which should fall off within 24-48 hours or less.
If the charge does not fall off of your credit card statement in 48 hours, please let us know.
