If you are not satisfied with the delivered results from the seller you hired, you can reject the delivery and request the seller continue working to meet your expectations.
- To reject an order first login to your account.
- Access the order URL by hovering over Buyer > Shopping > My Shopping
- Select the Pending My Review tab at the top
- Click on the order
- Scroll down until you see the text area reply box.
- Click the Reject Order tab directly above this.
- Next enter a reason for rejection and then click submit.
- This will return the order to an "In Progress" state.
At this point you can also mutually cancel the order. To do so, follow these instructions.
